This key leadership role is in a high-growth, high-profit portfolio company of big thinkers and big doers. It is a CPG/beverage/dietary supplement company with a history of strong, profitable growth as the number one product and brand in its emerging category. Through its expanding sales and distribution network, the team is positioned to scale existing and new products globally, driving exponential revenue growth. About the role
- As our Sales Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing our growth strategy. You’ll be instrumental in streamlining sales processes, managing tools, and delivering data-driven insights that enhance team performance and drive revenue growth.
You’ll focus on executing and refining sales operations initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams, and contributing to our ability to scale in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will take ownership of leveraging our CRM systems and sales data infrastructure, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting, strong process compliance, and clean pipeline reporting.
In addition to managing tools and workflows, you’ll use Power BI and other analytics platforms to build dashboards, extract and interpret data, and generate insights that inform strategic decisions. You will not only present the data but also explain what it means, identify opportunities or risks, and recommend solutions that improve sales performance. Your work will support weekly and monthly reporting cadences that enable accountability and measurable impact.

What you'll do
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Systems & Tools Optimization
Leverage CRM and sales systems to improve data accuracy and team productivity.
Partner with IT and vendors to ensure systems remain effective and integrated with reporting needs.
- Train teams on CRM best practices and ensure strong adoption across the organization.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Use Power BI and Excel to build dashboards and reports that surface insights into sales performance, funnel progression, inventory levels, and DSD depletion rates.
Extract, analyze, and explain data to highlight risks, opportunities, and trends at regional and national levels.
- Provide actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
CRM Utilization
Ensure CRM data integrity and accuracy, enabling reliable reporting and forecasting.
Standardize CRM processes and reporting outputs to align with business objectives.
- Improve CRM usability and adoption for end users, ensuring workflows support business goals.
Revenue Forecasting & Planning
Support revenue forecasting initiatives in collaboration with finance and sales teams.
Ensure projections are data-driven and aligned with business goals.
- Provide insights that enable proactive adjustments to plans.
Process Improvement & Team Alignment
Identify inefficiencies in sales processes through data-driven analysis.
- Develop and implement solutions that enhance performance and scalability.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations to align priorities and maximize impact.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related roles, preferably within high-growth CPG, technology, or related industries.
Strong experience leveraging CRM platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Pipedrive) for reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Advanced skills in Power BI (or similar tools like Tableau and Excel), with a track record of building dashboards, extracting insights, and driving solutions from data.
Proven ability to translate raw data into actionable recommendations and operational improvements.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
