We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Initiatives Lead to join our Commercial Insurance team. In this role, you’ll guide high-impact initiatives from idea to execution, helping shape the future of our business. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, solve complex challenges, and ensure that every project delivers meaningful results aligned with our strategic goals.

What You’ll Do

• Lead multiple initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring each project meets its goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with diverse teams across Underwriting, Pricing, Broker Distribution, and Technology to co-create solutions.
• Build and present business cases that clearly outline benefits, costs, and strategic alignment.
• Support teams by removing roadblocks, enabling decision-making, and fostering a culture of accountability.
• Partner with Learning & Development, Communications, and Change Management to drive adoption and engagement.
• Conduct post-launch reviews to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze and improve existing business processes to enhance speed to market and operational efficiency.
• Design and implement continuous improvement plans using proven methodologies.

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in business, marketing, or a related field—or equivalent experience. A graduate degree is a plus.
• Certification in Project Management and/or Agile methodologies.
• Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) or Business Process Improvement certification.
• Experience leading change and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and consultative skills to solve complex business challenges.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with internal systems and a solid understanding of sales and underwriting processes.
• Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, KPI review, and change management frameworks.
