Main Responsibilities
French
- concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions AWS complexes, évolutives et sécurisées adaptées aux besoins des clients;
- fournir des conseils techniques et un support de dépannage tout au long de la livraison du projet;
- collaborer avec les différents intervenants pour prendre connaissance de leurs exigences et proposer des stratégies de migration efficaces;
- agir à titre de conseiller(ère) de confiance auprès des clients sur les tendances du secteur et les technologies émergentes;
- partager les connaissances acquises au sein de l’organisation par le biais du mentorat, de la formation et de la création d’artefacts réutilisables.

- Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
- Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years implementing cloud architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience with one of the following programming languages/technologies: Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js, C, or C++
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, in French and English; due to the nature of the role which requires interaction with other Amazon entities globally and with Amazon employees and stakeholders in other provinces in Canada, bilingual French and English is required for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS experience preferred, with proficiency in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code, using CloudFormation, Terraform, CDK, or other tools.
- Experience developing cloud native CI/CD workflows and tools, such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity, Code Deploy (AWS) and/or GitLab Pipelines.
- Hands‑on experience with microservices and distributed application architecture, such as containers, Kubernetes, and/or serverless technology.
