ENGINEER – POWER STATION

(1 TEMPORARY POSITION – 12 MONTHS)

How You Contribute To Our World Reporting to the General Foreman – Energetic Production, you will have the opportunity to oversee the maintenance and reliability of power generation equipment. Your primary duties will be:

  • Supervise the entire maintenance management system of the power plant department.
  • Develop and implement tools to maintain and improve the preventive maintenance program.
  • Collaborate in the implementation of actions to improve the performance and safety of the Raglan Mine power generation network.
  • Participate in strategic planning concerning the development of the power production network.
  • Be responsible for the efficiency of the thermal heating system of the surface installations.
  • Follow the execution of the work sites and ensure the quality of the work.
  • Work closely with other maintenance sectors to standardize maintenance management practices.
  • Ensure compliance with current technical rules and standards.

Profile Required

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, automated production engineering or any other field deemed relevant.
  • Experience in industrial environments, including significant experience in industrial equipment maintenance.
  • Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
  • Leadership, rigor, autonomy, teamwork and priority management.
  • Valid driver's license.
