Job Description
As a Supplier Relations Administrator you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end administration, onboarding, compliance coordination, and system maintenance of suppliers and subcontractors. This role ensures suppliers are properly prequalified, approved, contractually documented, and accurately maintained in FLINT’s ERP and compliance platforms to enable uninterrupted operations and reduce organizational risk.
What would you be doing?
- Coordinate supplier and subcontractor onboarding, including approvals, documentation, and system setup while acting as a key point of contact for related inquiries.
- Manage subcontractor prequalification and compliance processes, collaborating with HSE and operations to resolve gaps.
- Maintain accurate supplier master data and contract documentation within the ERP to support purchasing, reporting, and audit requirements.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, ensuring data integrity and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and supported audits, reporting, and relationship management with suppliers and teams.

Qualifications
-
3–5 years of experience in supplier/vendor administration, subcontractor onboarding, or supply chain support, with strong exposure to ERP systems and vendor master data.

Highly organized with strong administrative skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, follow up to completion, and manage compliance and documentation processes.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience), with ISN experience considered an asset.
