Job Summary Are you a dynamic, results-driven sales professional who thrives on building meaningful connections and closing exciting deals? EPiQVision is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the charge in identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across our high-end event and AV services.

In this role, you'll be actively seeking new business with highly desirable clients while nurturing long-term relationships with venues and existing partners. You'll lead the full sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching to quoting, closing, and account management.

This is a full-time role based in Toronto, with a mix of in-office work, onsite event presence, and client-facing activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new client relationships
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads across corporate and social markets
  • Develop strategic sales plans to target key accounts and maximize revenue
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, operations, and technical teams to deliver tailored event solutions
  • Prepare, present, and finalize proposals and quotes with a focus on value and client satisfaction
  • Manage client expectations onsite and offsite, ensuring seamless event execution and long-term retention
  • Represent EPiQVision at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to elevate our brand and expand our reach

What You Bring

  • A passion for events, technology, and customer success
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development ideally in the event, AV, or hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in event production, business sales, or hospitality
  • 5+ years experience in the live events industry
  • 5+ years experience in a sales/account management position
  • Excellent verbal and written interactions with clients, vendors, and employees
  • Knowledge and experience of audio-visual equipment in a live event environment
  • Experience in various aspects of the sales process, including growth strategies, distribution channel management, account development, and business planning
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Ability to adapt to new technology
  • Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation skills with clients and vendors
  • A strong commitment to customer service
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Experience using Flex Rental Solutions software is an asset
  • Experience using Hubspot and PandaDoc software is an asset
  • Knowledge of current Safety Guidelines for the Live Performance Industry in Ontario is an asset
  • Knowledge of current municipal, provincial, and federal workplace health & safety regulations is an asset
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle is an asset

Work Conditions

  • Medium to high levels of stress and pressure
  • Flexible and additional hours including some evenings and weekends

Compensation

  • $60,000 - $75,000 plus commission
