About the role
Ryan Vending is looking for an Operations Supervisor in Victoria. This role oversees a diverse team which includes route drivers. warehouse personnel and service technicians.
As a supervisor your primary focus is to support and mentor your team. This includes:
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Safe Work Practices
- Ensure daily duties are completed efficiently, accurately and according to our quality standards
- Optimize and ongoing refinement of scheduling and planograms
- Oversee a warehouse and ensure it remains in optimal operating condition and is well-stocked with product
- Oversee and support a service technician, ensuring they have the tools and resources required to complete to work. Schedule cross-training of other team members in this department as required
- Ongoing coaching, mentorship and upskilling of your team members; setting and monitoring progress towards targets; performance management as required
- Analysis of data and making decisions/refinements based on a balance of both data and team feedback
- Work interdepartmentally and across regions to ensure your team has what is required, our customers are satisfied, and company priorities are met
- Preparedness to get hands on and act as a back up for any team members
- Hiring, training and continued upskilling of new team members are required

What We Look For
- Experience leading a team and excellent people-management skills
- Technologically literate
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Professional attitude and customer-service focused approach
- Energetic, self-directed and results-oriented
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to undergo necessary background checks
