As a Quality Assurance Auditor, you’ll be at the heart of our commitment to excellence, playing a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at the highest standards.

You’ll lead internal audits, inspect maintenance activities, and review procedures and documentation to ensure everything we do complies with regulations, aligns with company standards, and reflects industry best practices. Your sharp eye and passion for precision will directly impact the safety of our crew and passengers—and help shape the future of private aviation.

In this role you will:

  • Work collaboratively with the Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) to manage the Quality Assurance Program, carrying out the duties of the program as described in the Maintenance Control Manual (MCM) and Maintenance Policy Manual (MPM).

  • Assist the QAM to ensure that all policies, procedures, and functions defined within company manuals are followed in accordance with the applicable regulatory and company requirements.

  • Perform quality assurance program audits under the supervision of the QAM.

  • Prepare audit reports, including evidence collection, observations, findings, and recommendations for corrective actions.

  • Generate corrective action plans.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of audit results.

  • Review work orders and log entries to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and company requirements.

  • Audit aircraft tracking programs.

  • Evaluate and amend work instructions and procedures as directed.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Transport Canada M2 AME license.

  • Five (5) years’ related experience.

  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs).

  • Experience working under CAR 604,704, and 573.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).

  • Proficiency in using computers including MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

You’ll fit right in if you:

  • Are a stickler for quality in everything you do.

  • Are good at handling change and can adjust to new situations.

  • Are committed to growth by seeking and providing constructive feedback.

  • Are willing to step up and take the lead.

  • Have great judgment and decision-making skills.

  • Are a humble and collaborative team player and are ready to pitch in wherever you’re needed.

  • Have good analytical thinking and organizational skills.

  • Thrive in a fast paced and agile environment.

We think you’ll like working for us because:

  • We care about your health and well-being and offer an employee assistance program, extended health care benefits, dental and vision benefits, and paid time off.

  • We value your contribution to our success and provide a competitive salary and an RRSP matching program.

  • We have a great team, and we work hard together toward common goals and with a passion for excellence.

  • We offer family and friends flight benefits.

  • We respect, honour, and celebrate the diversity of our employees as we know our differences make us better. Our core values of Community and People mean we’re focused on equity, diversity, inclusion, anti-racism, and reconciliation.
