Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Process Engineer to lead and support end-to- end organizational transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving changes to business processes, operational practices, and workplace culture. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, capable of delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, employee engagement, and business performance. Youll work cross-functionally with teams across production, supply chain, quality, HR, and leadership to identify improvement opportunities, modernize our ways of working, and help build a high-performing and adaptable manufacturing culture. Willingness to wear multiple hats and be a team player in a fast-paced environment. This is full time position. Responsibilities Operational & Process Transformation
Collaborate with senior leadership to define transformation goals and KPIs.
Analyze and improve key manufacturing processes, focusing on waste reduction, cycle time, throughput,
and cost efficiency.
Introduce use of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles on the shop floor.
Lead automation and digitization efforts, including data collection, performance tracking, and reporting
systems.
Lead cross-functional transformation programs aligned with the companys strategic priorities.
Identify, prioritize, and lead process optimization initiatives that align with Lucid goals.
Drive measurable improvements in cost reduction, cycle time, quality, customer satisfaction, and
efficiency.
Collect, analyze, interpret, and translate complex data into actionable insights for program stakeholders
of all levels.
Develop and implement innovative product that will enhance adoption, satisfaction, and overall
experience. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to ensure
continuous improvement and alignment includes ensuring appropriate economic value.Cultural Change & Organizational Development
Collaborate with leadership to build a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for increased efficiency, reduced waste, and
cost savings.
Champion change at all levels from operators to senior leaders using structured change
management frameworks
Support training, communication, and engagement programs to ensure employee buy-in and adoption
Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives focused on improving OEE, reducing scrap, and
enhancing throughput.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., CSA, OHSA).
Business Operations Alignment
Develop transformation roadmaps in partnership with production, engineering, maintenance, and quality
teams.
Develop and maintain process documentation including SOPs, risk assessments, and safety procedures.
Identify and remove barriers to operational excellence and communication across departments.
Implement metrics and dashboards to track improvements and outcomes
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver on company milestones.
Track KPIs related to productivity, scrap rates, downtime, and delivery performance.
Report regularly to plant leadership and executive teams on progress, challenges, and wins.
Typical Working Conditions Schedule may change depending on business requirements. Monday to Friday days
Manufacturing plant with continuous interaction on manufacturing floor where PPE is
required.
Travel between facilities may be required
Qualifications

8 to 10 years of experience as a Process Engineer in the plastics industry (PE, PET)

Knowledge of Kaizan, Six Sigma processes
