The Position

Finance Partnering - Finance Analyst Location : Laval

This role will be a key member of the Finance Partnering Sub-Chapter, focusing on providing financial support and expertise for various reporting, analysis, and auditing functions. As part of the broader Foundations Community, you will be committed to drive outcomes by partnering seamlessly in the pursuit of our Purpose and North Star.

The Opportunity:

  • Support financial performance and reporting analysis: Provide support for updates from
  • Financial Business Partners (FBPs) and prepare monthly performance data
  • Drive data quality and efficiency by identifying and leading data processes to enhance key performance indicators
  • Act as an expert for key financial events: Serve as the Roche budgetary system and data master for budget events, ensuring all financial processes are executed efficiently
  • Manage Operating Expenses: Take full responsibility for the Enterprise Operating Expenses, Investment Fund (commercial discretionary envelope), including tracking, reporting, and strategic oversight
  • Finance Partnering with Near Patient Care Franchise for first level of financial support & analysis
  • Coordinate reporting and insights: Support TME (Total manageable expenses) reporting, coordinate performance insights, and act as the auditing master for P&L
  • Create impactful data visualizations that translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
  • Teamwork & Collaboration a must in order to positively impact business performance and optimize the input of those involved
  • Strategic Agility required to think beyond his/her own area and in a longer-term context. This will translate the vision into a direction of accurate pricing strategy
  • Act as back up if needed in the Finance & Business Solutions Chapter

Who are you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, healthcare, science, economics, or finance disciplines are preferred
  • 3-5 years of work experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a focus on financial reporting and data analysis
  • Appetite for self and organisation lead AI development (Gemini)
  • Proven ability to work with financial data and act as a subject matter expert for specific financial events
  • Experience with financial analysis such as Sales, Operating Expenses and auditing processes is highly desirable
  • Excellent coordination skills and attention to detail, as well as effective communication skills
  • Strong desire of mastering internal reporting tools (SFDC Reports, Tableau, SAP BW)
  • Agile, Growth Mindset and willingness to adopt New Ways of Working is a must
  • In this position, you will be in contact with colleagues across Canada, so a proficient level of English and fluency in French is required (written and spoken)

  • Agir en tant qu'expert pour les événements financiers clés : Servir de système budgétaire Roche et de maître de données pour les événements budgétaires, en veillant à ce que tous les processus financiers soient exécutés efficacement
  • Gérer les dépenses d'exploitation : Assumer l'entière responsabilité des dépenses d'exploitation de l'entreprise, du fonds d'investissement (enveloppe discrétionnaire commerciale), y compris le suivi, la création de rapports et la supervision stratégique
  • Coordonner les rapports et les informations : Soutenir les rapports TME (dépenses totales gérables), coordonner les informations sur la performance et agir en tant que maître d'audit pour le P&L
  • Créer des visualisations de données percutantes qui traduisent des données financières complexes en informations claires et exploitables
  • Travail d'équipe et collaboration sont essentiels pour avoir un impact positif sur la performance commerciale et optimiser la contribution des personnes impliquées
  • Agilité stratégique requise pour penser au-delà de son propre domaine et dans un contexte à plus long terme. Cela se traduira par une vision d'une stratégie de prix précise
  • Agir en tant que remplaçant si nécessaire au sein du chapitre Finance et solutions commerciales

Qui vous êtes :

  • Un baccalauréat en administration des affaires, soins de santé, sciences, économie ou finance est préférable
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans l'industrie des soins de santé est préférable
  • Solides compétences analytiques axées sur les rapports financiers et l'analyse de données
  • Intérêt pour le développement de l'IA (Gemini) autonome et organisationnel
  • Capacité avérée à travailler avec des données financières et à agir en tant qu'expert en la matière pour des événements financiers spécifiques
  • Une expérience de l'analyse financière telle que les ventes, les dépenses d'exploitation et les processus d'audit est fortement souhaitable
  • Excellentes compétences en coordination et souci du détail
  • Fort désir de maîtriser les outils de reporting internes (Rapports SFDC, Tableau, SAP BW)
  • Esprit agile, axé sur la croissance et volonté d'adopter de nouvelles méthodes de travail sont indispensables
  • Dans ce poste, vous fournirez un service aux clients à travers le Canada, donc un niveau d'anglais courant est requis et le français est requis
