SENIOR MANAGER, PREMIUM COLLECTIONS - Remote

Here is what you will spend your time doing!

Leadership

  • Lead a high-performance, engaged team through coaching, development, and succession planning.

  • Align collection objectives with organizational priorities and ensure consistent practices across the enterprise.

  • Lead change management initiatives and gain stakeholder support.

  • Champion Western’s Guiding Principles and act as SME for enterprise-wide collections.

Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Develop and drive the strategic roadmap for the Customer Premium Collection Experience.

  • Use data insights to monitor financial performance and inform strategic decisions.

  • Identify growth opportunities while managing collection risk.

  • Lead integration efforts for premium collections during mergers and acquisitions.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure continuity of operations, including software release management.

  • Maintain service standards for timely and accurate customer support.

  • Drive process improvements and cost optimization using multi-system data.

Risk & Compliance

  • Maintain a risk management framework and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

  • Use data analysis to identify and mitigate business and profitability risks.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Strengthen partnerships with Sales and Transformation teams.

  • Support Sales Leaders with training and understanding of financing products.

  • Maintain a competitive suite of premium finance products aligned with enterprise strategy.

  • Collaborate across functions to deliver training and change management communications.

  • Support enterprise data and analytics initiatives and manage vendor relationships.

What are we looking for?

  • CFA or CPA designation an asset

  • Demonstrated track record of leading high-performing teams within financial operations or collections.

  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into strategic actions.

  • Effective decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational awareness.

  • High level of accountability, integrity, and collaboration.

  • Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.

Hours: 37.5hrs per week – Full-time role

Location: Remote Options available in Canada

Compensation Range: $115,000 - $160,000
