Exciting Career Opportunity in Edmonton – Receptionist/Jr. Administrator
Scott Land & Lease, a premier land company with a strong reputation in the oil and gas industry, has an immediate opening for a Receptionist/Jr. Administrator in our Edmonton office.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to build a career in the land and energy sector. While previous experience or post-secondary education in land-related studies is considered an asset, it is not required—full training will be provided in-house.
What You’ll Do
-
Greet clients and visitors while managing front-desk responsibilities.

Provide administrative support to our team, including database tasks and reporting.

Prepare and update status reports to ensure accuracy and clear communication internally and with clients.

Assist with final document packages tailored to client requirements.

Support projects by ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and budgets are met.

Contribute to a positive client experience and team environment.

Coordinate, record, and retrieve delivery receipts of shipments by courier and various postal services.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
