The IT Business Analyst will play a key role in identifying process improvement and automation opportunities for the organization’s clients.
MORE PRECISELY
- Analyze, understand, and document customer needs and requirements
- Propose process optimization and automation solutions
- Act as a liaison between business lines and development teams
- Work in environments with ERPs and data platforms
- Work in a pod mode with your colleagues and with different clients
PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Expertise with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
- Knowledge of Power Automate (an asset)
- Experience with data engineering and visualization like Power BI
- Spirit of collaboration, autonomy and versatility
- Want to bring their ideas and participate in the collective effort
- BAC in computer science or the equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
