**Shift:**Monday- Friday; 8:00am-4:30pm
SUMMARY
The Dayforce System Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of the organization’s Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role manages the Dayforce support email, supports system users, develops HR and workforce reports, and ensures system functionality and data integrity. The role works closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations to support reporting needs, troubleshoot system issues, and lead the implementation of new Dayforce modules.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Dayforce System Administration
- Administer and maintain the Dayforce HCM system.
- Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Create and manage Dayforce support tickets with Dayforce when required.
System Support
- Manage and respond to inquiries through the Dayforce support email inbox.
- Provide support and guidance to employees and managers using Dayforce.
- Document system issues and resolutions.
Reporting & HR Metrics
- Create and maintain Dayforce reports and dashboards.
- Generate reports supporting HR metrics and workforce analytics including headcount, turnover, scheduling, and attendance.
- Provide workforce management reports to HR leadership and operational teams.
Workforce Management Support
- Support managers with workforce management and scheduling reports.
- Provide data insights to support workforce planning and operational decisions.
Module Implementation
- Lead the implementation and rollout of new Dayforce modules not yet launched within the organization.
- Configure, test, and support module deployment.
- Provide training and support to users during implementation.
Training & Continuous Improvement
- Provide training and guidance to employees and managers on Dayforce functionality.
- Develop user guides and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve system processes and reporting capabilities.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience working with Dayforce or similar HCM platforms.
- Experience in HCM administration and workforce reporting.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Office-based role with extensive computer and system use.
- Regular collaboration with employees, managers, and internal departments.
- Requires managing multiple priorities and responding to support requests.
