Position Overview: The Service Advisor is the face of our business and plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll build lasting relationships with customers, guide them through the repair process, and help them make informed decisions about their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs. We're looking for someone who is positive, organized, and passionate about helping people. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. Success in this role comes from building trust, providing outstanding service, and creating a seamless experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly, build trust, and assess their vehicle service needs. Recommend additional services based on inspections and maintenance needs to maximize sales opportunities. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the service process. Prepare accurate service estimates and work orders. Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians, and parts staff to ensure efficient service delivery. Follow up with customers on approvals, service status updates, and post-service satisfaction. Maintain high standards of organization, accuracy, and professionalism. Help drive shop performance KPIs including car count, ARO (average repair order), and closing ratio.

Qualifications: Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, or Sales Consultant in the automotive industry (preferred). Strong sales skills and customer service focus. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail. Familiarity with automotive repair processes and service management software (an asset).
