As our Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead a dedicated team of technicians to keep our advanced manufacturing facility running smoothly. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll ensure safety, drive operational excellence, and contribute directly to our innovative plant improvement initiatives.

Also in scope for the Maintenance Supervisor is ensuring the management of plant utilities in order to guarantee the energy supply (hot and cold water / steam); ensuring the air conditioning for both production sites and offices; and ensuring maintenance activities in relation to any buildings.

This role will work rotating continental shifts every two weeks: 6:00am - 6:00pm and 6:00pm - 6:00am

  • Guiding and mentoring maintenance technicians to follow safe work practices
  • Supporting smart factory initiatives
  • Collaborating across production, quality, and HR to keep operations flowing
  • Partnering with OEMs and suppliers to source parts and troubleshooting support
  • Assisting with maintenance scheduling and intervention planning
  • Ensuring strict adherence to Ferrero’s maintenance policies and standards

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • A history of tackling technical challenges with creativity and precision
