Digital Media Planner
About the role
JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Digital Media Planner to join our client in the advertising agency space on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will be 100% remote, however, the successful candidate must sit in the Montreal, QC, area. Within the role, you will be responsible for working directly with clients to understand their advertising goals, and creating a strategy to achieve those goals through various channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn etc. Once this strategy is established give the specific budget of the end client, you will then be responsible for creating the ad campaigns within the previously mentioned channels. During the campaigns, you'll be overseeing the performance and making optimizations based on analytics from how the campaign is performing. You will then be responsible for relaying the campaign results directly to the client and making recommendations as you see fit. This is a purely paid media role and is not related to programmatic advertising. Lastly, you should be very hands on within the Google Ad suite of products such as GA4, GTM, Google Merchant Centre and Google Docs/Slides/Sheets. The successful candidate should come from an agency background and have strong experience working with DTC brands, while prioritizing Return On Ad Spend.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years' experience creating ad campaigns for consumer brands
- Excellent experience workings hands on within the Google Ad suite of products: GA4, GTM, Google Merchant Centre etc.
- Strong experience setting up campaigns in Google and Meta Ads
- Additional experience is preferable within TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, X etc.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely directly with clients
- Ad campaign optimization experience through data analytics
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Industry experience within DTC eCommerce online sales or Consumer Goods
COMPENSATION $85,000 - $87,000
