Role : Sr. Developer with Pen Test/Red Teaming

Location : Toronto, ON (Hybrid- 3 days onsite)

Job Description/ Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior - Developer with Pen Test/Red Teaming with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our TVM team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for AI Red Team testing specialist executing adversarial testing using a specialized AI Red Teaming tool to simulate attacks against LLM systems.

In this role, you will execute adversarial testing using specialized AI Red Teaming tools to simulate attacks against LLM systems, identify vulnerabilities, and drive risk-informed remediation across the AI lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Analysis & Testing Adversarial Testing: Execute adversarial testing using specialized AI Red Teaming tools to simulate attacks against LLM systems. Vulnerability Identification: Identify vulnerabilities in AI/ML systems through prompt injection, jailbreaking, and guardrail bypass techniques. Risk Assessment: Drive risk-informed remediation across the AI lifecycle.

Security Engineering

Penetration Testing: Conduct penetration testing and application security assessments. Vulnerability Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle from discovery to remediation. Security Analysis: Analyze and document security findings with actionable recommendations.

Reporting & Documentation

Technical Documentation: Create detailed technical reports on security findings. Remediation Tracking: Track and report on remediation progress and key metrics. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in penetration testing or red teaming. AI Red Teaming: identify vulnerabilities, and drive risk-informed remediation across the AI lifecycle., 1+ years AI experience Red Teaming: Prompt injection, jailbreaking, adversarial ML, guardrail bypass, Vulnerability lifecycle, penetration testing, application security Security Tools: Proficiency with security testing tools and methodologies. Application Security: Strong understanding of application security principles.
