Role Overview
A leading AI research lab is engaging experienced Financial Advisors to help design, test, and refine AI systems that replicate real-world wealth management and advisory workflows . This role places financial experts at the center of innovation, ensuring that AI-powered solutions are compliant, client-ready, and effective in delivering high-quality financial advice.
You will directly influence how AI handles retirement planning, portfolio construction, cash flow management, and personalized financial strategies .
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated financial plans and advisory outputs for accuracy, compliance, and client relevance
- Calibrate investment and retirement planning models to ensure financial soundness and suitability
- Simulate and audit workflows such as asset allocation, risk profiling, and retirement income planning
- Review and refine AI-produced reports, recommendations, and strategic financial documents with a focus on practical client outcomes
- Collaborate asynchronously with product and AI teams to improve system reliability and trustworthiness
Ideal Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, or in related advisory roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications ( CFP, CFA, CPA, ChFC ) are strongly valued
- Deep understanding of retirement, estate, and investment planning principles
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to simplify complex strategies
- Familiarity with compliance, regulatory standards, and fiduciary responsibilities
Project Timeline
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: 1–2 months
- Commitment: ~20 hours/week, part-time
- Schedule: Fully remote, asynchronous, flexible
Compensation & Contract
- Rate: $70–$85/hr, depending on experience
- Performance Bonuses: Available for top performers
- Contract Type: Independent contractor
- Payments: Weekly via Stripe Connect
