• Growth and Development Opportunities Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Test Automation Consultant to join our team, supporting a key client engagement. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) in Salesforce environments, a strong technical foundation in automation best practices, and the ability to deliver high-quality work independently in a remote setting. Two positions are available, ideally based in eastern Canada (Toronto to Halifax). Responsibilities
• Design, develop, execute, and debug automated test cases using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) within Salesforce environments
• Assess and develop a thorough understanding of client manual and automated testing needs
• Build, maintain, and support automated testing frameworks in line with industry best practices
• Review functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions
• Produce test artifacts including Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases, and Test Metrics reports
• Maintain excellent relationships with client stakeholders and manage expectations effectively
• Deliver consistent, high-quality work while meeting project deadlines Role Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and Salesforce test automation
• Demonstrated experience developing, executing, and debugging large volumes of CRT and Salesforce automated tests
• Strong understanding of test automation best practices
• Experience with keyword-driven test automation using Robot Framework is a plus
• Hands-on experience with open-source tools such as Selenium and/or Playwright is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
