The Opportunity
INTEGRAcare is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial healthcare executive to serve as Director, Manitoba, leading the organization’s growth and operations in the Manitoba market.
Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Director, Manitoba will provide strategic and operational leadership for INTEGRAcare’s expansion in the province. This individual will be responsible for establishing a strong regional presence, driving Client growth, developing strategic referral partnerships and overseeing operational excellence.
This is a highly visible leadership position for an accomplished healthcare professional who combines home care expertise, business acumen, relationship-building, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Executive Leadership & Regional Growth
Provide strategic leadership for INTEGRAcare’s operations and growth throughout Manitoba. Develop and execute the regional growth strategy in alignment with the organization’s vision and strategic priorities. Establish INTEGRAcare as a trusted leader in Manitoba’s private home healthcare sector. Identify market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and new channels for Client acquisition and regional expansion. Monitor regional performance, Client growth, service quality, and operational effectiveness. Serve as a senior representative and ambassador of INTEGRAcare within the Manitoba healthcare community.
Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
Lead Client growth and business development strategies across the Manitoba market. Build and maintain senior-level relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, healthcare professionals, senior living communities, community organizations, and other key referral partners. Develop a strong and sustainable referral network to support regional growth. Represent INTEGRAcare at healthcare, business, and community events and industry forums. Identify emerging market trends and opportunities within Manitoba’s healthcare landscape. Develop and execute strategic outreach and community engagement initiatives. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and Client conversion.
Client Experience & Home Care Excellence
Provide leadership and oversight of the Client journey from initial inquiry and assessment through service implementation and ongoing care. Lead the Care Management team to conduct comprehensive Client assessments and provide consultative guidance to Clients and families regarding care options. Ensure individualized, Client-centred care plans reflect clinical needs, personal preferences, and INTEGRAcare’s standards of excellence. Provide leadership and quality assurance related to care delivery, medication management, documentation, and Client outcomes. Collaborate with the leadership team and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional and holistic Client care. Build trusted relationships with Clients and families and provide leadership in resolving complex care or service concerns. Champion an exceptional Client experience that supports Client satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationships.
Operational Leadership
Provide oversight of regional care operations, workforce planning, and service delivery. Ensure effective coordination between Client intake, Care Management, Finance, Human Resources, and Caregiver teams – head office in Toronto and onsite in Manitoba. Leverage AlayaCare and other systems (HubSpot etc.) to support operational efficiency, and quality of care. Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and Client service delivery. Ensure regional operations align with INTEGRAcare policies, company culture, professional standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
People & Culture Leadership
Build, lead, and support a high-performing Manitoba care team. Partner with the Director of HR to support Caregiver recruitment, selection, onboarding, performance management, and retention. Participate in the final selection of Caregivers to ensure alignment with Client needs and INTEGRAcare’s culture and standards. Coach and develop Caregivers and regional team members to support professional growth and exceptional performance. Provide leadership in performance discussions, feedback, and employee relations matters. Champion INTEGRAcare’s culture and foster an environment of collaboration, accountability, compassion, and excellence.
Executive Accountability
Establish and monitor KPIs related to Client acquisition, conversion, retention, service quality, and operational performance. Maintain oversight of the Client intake and onboarding pipeline. Provide regular reporting to the President & CEO. Participate in senior operational and Client review meetings. Identify regional risks, operational challenges, and growth opportunities and proactively recommend solutions. Support the continuous development of organizational policies, clinical standards, and operational best practices. Participate in rotational back-up on-call leadership coverage.
Qualifications
Progressive leadership experience within home healthcare, community care, seniors’ care, or a related healthcare environment. Demonstrated experience leading healthcare operations, teams, or regional service delivery. Proven ability to build strategic relationships and develop referral networks. Strong business development and Client conversion skills. Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-management capabilities. Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Experience with AlayaCare or similar healthcare technology is considered an asset.
