Role 1: Technical Specialist – Teamcenter Manufacturing

Location: Canada Remote (PST or EST Candidates Preferred) Employment Type: Contract Mandatory Skills Teamcenter Manufacturing (TC Mfg) MBOM (Manufacturing Bill of Materials) EBOM to MBOM Alignment Bill of Process (BOP) Bill of Equipment (BOE) Manufacturing Process Planning (MPP) Process Planning & Plant Structures Teamcenter Configuration SAP Integration (Functional Knowledge) MES Integration (Functional Knowledge) Azure DevOps (ADO/AVD) Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation of Teamcenter Manufacturing (TC Mfg) solutions. Configure and manage MBOM aligned with EBOM. Define and maintain BOP (Bill of Process) and BOE (Bill of Equipment). Create process plans, operations, resources, and plant structures. Configure Manufacturing Process Planning (MPP) within Teamcenter. Ensure alignment between engineering, manufacturing, and execution data. Perform data modeling, structure creation, and validation. Analyze current and future manufacturing processes and configure solutions accordingly. Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and process flows. Support SAP and MES integration readiness. Manage revisions, effectivity, and lifecycle states. Support SIT/UAT testing and issue resolution. Ensure data quality and compliance with standards. Track work using Azure DevOps. Mentor team members and promote Teamcenter best practices.

Role 2: Solution Architect – Teamcenter Integration

Location: Canada Remote (PST or EST Candidates Preferred) Employment Type: Contract Mandatory Skills Teamcenter Integration SAP Integration T4S / T4ST PLMSI Opcenter Integration C4NT EBOM / MBOM BOP / BOE Change Management (ECN/MCN) Data Mapping & Transformation Azure DevOps (ADO/AVD) Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of Teamcenter–SAP integrations using T4S/T4ST PLMSI. Develop integrations for Material, BOM, Documents, and Change Management. Enable accurate EBOM to MBOM synchronization. Design integrations for BOP, BOE, and Opcenter (C4NT). Define data mappings, transformation rules, and validation logic. Manage effectivity, revision control, and lifecycle synchronization. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Prepare Interface Design Specifications (IDS) and technical documentation. Develop and troubleshoot T4S/T4ST handlers, templates, and workflows. Implement monitoring, logging, and error-handling mechanisms. Perform root cause analysis and optimize integration performance. Collaborate with PLM, SAP, and business teams. Support SIT/UAT testing and production issue resolution. Track deliverables using Azure DevOps. Mentor junior team members and enforce integration best practices.
