Whats The Team Like The Marketing and Partnerships team drives revenue and elevates the passenger experience by leading creative campaigns and strategic collaborations across YYC’s commercial portfolio. From parking to retail, we craft marketing programs that connect with travelers and partners in meaningful ways. Our work includes advertising, sponsorships, and brand storytelling - all aligned with YYC’s broader business goals. What Are Some Of The Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns that promote YYC’s services - from parking to retail and beyond.
- Dream up and deliver creative promotions that drive revenue and boost brand awareness for YYC and its partners.
- Manage email marketing strategies, tapping into our subscriber base to share exciting offers and updates.
- Oversee graphic design deliverables, ensuring they’re on-brand, on-time, and aligned with our strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with Corporate Communications to keep messaging sharp, targeted, and consistent.
- Run digital ad campaigns across social media and search engines (SEM/SEO), making sure YYC shows up where it counts.
- Support airline and partner marketing initiatives with tailored campaigns and newsletters.
- Keep a pulse on performance - analyzing results, gathering insights, and continuously optimizing our approach.
- Take ownership of the marketing portfolio, bringing fresh ideas to life and adapting quickly to change.
What Do You Need To Bring
- You’ll need to be eligible to obtain and maintain a RAIC, don’t worry – we’ll help you through this! For more details, check out: RAIC Program and Application Information
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience creating and managing integrated marketing campaigns, including brand strategy, digital advertising (SEM/SEO), and email marketing.
- A post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Strong working knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, Google Ads, and email marketing software.
WHAT OPTIONAL ELEMENTS SUPPORT YOUR APPLICATION (all Are Assets)
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Graphing design skills would be considered an asset
- Strong knowledge of airport operations..
