Job Summary As part of the project support team you will be responsible for the smooth execution of projects by effectively managing various administrative, communication, and coordination tasks. Working alongside project managers and stakeholders you will assist in the coordination of project schedules, tracking progress and milestones and project documentation while upholding Introba’s quality, integrity and standard of excellence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the flow of information between project managers, disciplines, and clients such as: updating and maintaining project logs consisting of RFI's, Submittals, Site Instructions and Drawing Issuances to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Coordinate issuance of all technical documentation and multi-discipline packages (reports, drawings, specifications, Letters of Assurance, Site Instructions, Progress Claims, etc.)
- Responsible for verifying project enrolments and creating QAQC packages.
- Document controlling during the project life cycle and making sure document control processes align with Introba standards.
- Assigning project documentation and tasks to Project Administrators in Project/Document Control
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a project administration or coordination role within a building construction engineering environment.
- Experience supporting and working within multidisciplinary teams and projects.
- Strong Technical Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam
- University degree, college diploma in Administration/Business, Communications, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of document management platforms would be an asset.
Additional Information Introba is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $68,000 - $78,000 annually for this position and local market. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of skills, experience, education and competencies to the table that will be reflected in our offer.
