Location & Commitments:
Temporary Contract up to 13 months
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist both internal and external customers with outstanding customer service
- Generate reports and identify discrepancies in data
- Create service work orders
- Prepare operating reports and provide administrative support for various departments including Distribution Centre management
- Assist in the training of new associates
- Data entry and general office duties
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment
- Punctuality and dependability is a must
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
