Position Overview
We’re seeking a Senior Experience Designer to help shape the Autodesk Assistant and AI/ML Platform. This is an integral role providing product design expertise utilized across the Autodesk ecosystem.
**Must include resume and portfolio with password/access when applying**
Responsibilities
- You will design and refine product experiences for the Autodesk Assistant and AI/ML Platform tools
- You will lead cross-functional exploration, analysis, and problem-solving efforts, involving multiple complex systems and multiple stakeholders
- You will synthesize feedback and requirements, extend and create net new patterns and concepts, and advocate for customer-focused solutions
- You will conduct research and leverage data to guide decision-making
- You will have a thorough understanding customer needs, technical capabilities, context, and business objectives
Minimum Qualifications
- You have a proven track record of designing and delivering best-in-class experiences
- You are a systems thinker
- You are an effective communicator and adept at cross-functional collaboration
- You have a solid understanding of human-centered practices and activities
- You have experience working with AI platforms and technologies such as ChatGPT, Alexa, Siri, Perplexity, Claude, Hugging Face, Cursor, Replit, DialogFlow, VoiceFlow, or n8n
- You’ve received a bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- You have 5+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- You stay up to date with trends and advancements in UX and AI
- You have experience working as part of a platform team or environment
- You’re proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Framer
- You’ve received a master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,300 and $126,500. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
