The Project:
The GO Expansion program is a massive, multi-year project led by Metrolinx and ONxpress to transform the GO rail network into a 15-minute, all-day, two-way service across core routes. It includes electrifying over 600km of track, adding more than 10,000 weekly trips, and building new stations/infrastructure, with major construction underway and completion targeted for 2032.
You'll Be Responsible For:
- Deliver elements of annual business plans, programmes, and portfolios with measurable impact.
- Provide strategic architectural design advice to senior leadership and chair improvement workshops.
- Ensure quality assurance of design outputs, audits, and management systems, driving corrective and preventative measures.
- Lead development of resource proposals, training programmes, and communication strategies to strengthen capability.
- Partner with stakeholders to manage supply chain performance, mitigate risks, and support business development activities.
- Champion innovation, sustainability, and net zero carbon transition through proactive system improvements and collaborative delivery.
You’ll Need To Have:
- Degree-qualified with relevant industry certification or chartered status.
- Strong technical competence in architectural systems, regulations, and standards.
- Skilled in digital tools including Revit, Office 365, and data analysis.
- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management experience.
Note: The estimated salary for this position is 150,000 - 230,000 USD. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
