Job Summary
The Kids Programs supervisor is responsible for the successful operations of all kids related program, including, Weekend Programs, the daily Kids Lessons, Xmas and spring break camps, School Groups, Kids lunch programs, etc… The supervisor is also supporting assistant manager with instructor scheduling and managing any other daily operations.
Essential Job Functions
- Plan, organize and manage all aspects of the kids' programs, including Weekend Programs, Kids Camps, Daily Group lessons, School Groups
- Plan, organize and manage all aspects of Kids Holiday Camps
- Lead School groups organization and delivery
- Organize and support the daily kids lunch program
- Regular communication with Guests
- Manage day-to-day snow school operations (covering Asst. Mgr.)
- Manage daily lesson reservations, instructor’s scheduling and assignments
- Plan and Organize Instructor’s mentorship
- Support Instructors with all aspects of Human Resources'
- Assist Director with other administrative duties.
- Other duties as required
Required Qualifications and Abilities
- Must be eligible to work in Canada – can provide SIN documentation
- Minimum Level 2 instructor certification
- Minimum 2 season’s Snow School supervisory experience
- Minimum 3 season’s experience as a ski or snowboard instructor
- Computer skills are an asset – Microsoft, POS, etc...
- Passion for the mountains, children, guest service and the sport
- Work eligibility in Canada
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Office administrative experience
- Can produce physical SIN card or valid revenue Canada doc including full SIN number
- Bondable, with a criminal record check less than 3 months old for new staff
