Profil recherché

Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) possède notamment

• Expérience comme administrateur(trice), dirigeant(e) ou entrepreneur(e) dans les secteurs technologiques, numériques, médias, commerce de détail, marketing ou plateformes mobiles;
• Bonne compréhension des enjeux liés à la croissance, au financement et au développement d’une société cotée en bourse;
• Réseau d’affaires solide pouvant contribuer au développement stratégique, commercial ou financier de l’entreprise;
• Capacité à challenger la direction tout en agissant comme partenaire stratégique;
• Connaissance des enjeux liés à l’acquisition d’utilisateurs, aux partenariats commerciaux, à la commercialisation et à l’expansion de plateformes technologiques;
• Expérience en gouvernance, financement, stratégie corporative, développement des affaires ou marchés publics (atout important);
• Intérêt marqué pour l’innovation, les technologies de proximité et l’évolution des comportements des consommateurs.

Rôle et implication

L’administrateur (trice) participera activement :

• Aux réflexions stratégiques de l’entreprise
• À l’encadrement de la croissance et de la commercialisation de l’application;
• À l’expansion des partenariats corporatifs et institutionnels;
• Aux réflexions liées au financement, à la gouvernance et au positionnement public de la société;
• À l’accompagnement de la direction dans la prochaine phase de croissance.

The ideal candidate will bring

• Experience as a board member, executive, or entrepreneur within technology, digital media, retail, marketing, consumer platforms, or mobile application sectors;
• Strong understanding of the challenges related to scaling, financing, and developing a publicly listed company;
• An established business network capable of contributing to the company’s strategic, commercial, or financial development;
• The ability to challenge management constructively while acting as a trusted strategic partner;
• Knowledge of user acquisition strategies, commercial partnerships, platform commercialization, and technology expansion initiatives;
• Experience in governance, financing, corporate strategy, business development, or capital markets (a significant asset);
• A strong interest in innovation, consumer technology, and the evolution of consumer behavior.

Role and Involvement

The Director will actively contribute to:

• The company’s strategic planning and long-term vision;
• Supporting the commercialization and growth of the TellMe platform;
• Expanding corporate and institutional partnerships;
• Discussions related to financing, governance, and the company’s public market positioning;
• Advising and supporting management through the company’s next phase of growth.
