Real estate law clerk/Admin
About the role
Full time position - July Start Date Suleman Law Professional Corporation is a law firm focused on Litigation, Corporate/Commercial and Real Estate. We are seeking a team member to work and support from our Mississauga office. Candidate should have Legal Assistant or Law Clerk Diploma, or Paralegal Diploma, with at least 2+ years of experience as a real estate law clerk/legal assistant. The nature of the work will include both real estate and general administration including reception duties, with a focus on real estate law clerk support. · Candidate should have some form of legal diploma, whether it be law clerk or paralegal; however, experienced law clerk candidates will be given consideration · Licensed Candidates are preferred but not necessary · A minimum of two years experience in real estate is required. · Duties will involve file opening and preparation, signing with clients, setting up appointments etc. · Legal administrative duties are included as part of the job description. · The ability to work together in a team environment is critical · Strong word processing skills, familiarity with MS Office, Unity and Teraview is required · Knowledge of online documentation management systems and legal accounting software is an asset. · Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are necessary. · Salary is commensurate with the level of related experience.
