Job Description
-
Collaborate closely with creative teams to craft exceptional social media strategies and content tailored to Eataly’s unique voice and positioning.
-
Drive community engagement across social platforms, proactively identifying opportunities for real-time interaction and keeping abreast of evolving social media trends and consumer behaviors.
-
Oversee daily social media operations for the team, ensuring seamless execution of strategies.
-
Manage the content calendar and oversee all aspects of social media content creation, from ideation to implementation.
-
Spearhead social-first campaigns, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations to amplify brand presence on social media channels.
-
Utilize social media analytics tools for deep insights and propose content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
-
Collaborate closely with the PR team to integrate influencer marketing seamlessly into overall social media initiatives.
-
Conduct in-depth performance analysis and deliver comprehensive reports.
-
Continuously research and monitor emerging social media trends to ensure staying ahead of the curve.
-
Produces store-related social media content when needed, from copy to image.
-
Produce content for digital communications channels such as newsletters and Eataly’s website
-
Performs other duties as required or assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or related field
- 3+ years of experience in social media management
- Experience in the food and beverage industry preferred.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and relationship-building skills
- Organizational and time management skills
Job Requirements

Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends and holidays
-
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, especially between Greater Toronto Area stores
