Description
- Drive new business development within your specialized market
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, client management, and closing deals
- Build and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates
- Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and our database to source top talent
- Develop strong client relationships and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Mentor junior consultants and help shape the future of the office
- Lead proposal development and negotiate commercial terms
- Be on the fast track to leadership and management
Profile
- 1+ years of experience in full-desk staffing (client + candidate side)
- Proven success in new business development and closing deals
- Strong familiarity with recruitment tech: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards
- A track record of hitting targets in a sales or recruiting environment
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- A positive, driven mindset - you thrive under pressure and aim to win
- Coachability, curiosity, and a hunger to improve continuously
- Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments
