Role Description
This is a full-time Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm, on-site Scaffolder position based in Victoria, B.C., Canada. Responsibilities include erecting, maintaining, and dismantling scaffolding structures in compliance with safety standards. Tasks involve working at various heights and potentially in confined spaces, ensuring structural stability and safety for project teams. Collaborating with clients and team members is an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
Experience and proficiency in Scaffolding assembly, maintenance, and dismantling Ability to perform tasks while Working at Height and in Confined Spaces Certification in Fall Protection and a valid CSCS card Strong understanding of safety regulations and adherence to workplace safety standards Physical fitness – able to lift 50 lbs+ repeatedly.
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team Previous experience in construction or related environments is an asset Valid BC driver's licence and own transportation to and from job sites
