Full-Time | St. Claude Autobody
Do you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced office? St. Claude Autobody is looking for a friendly, professional individual to become an important member of our office team and the first point of contact for our customers.
As part of our office team, you’ll greet customers, answer phones, coordinate
appointments, communicate with insurance companies, provide repair updates, and help keep our office running smoothly. Every day brings something different, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and working with people.
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Excellent organizational and communication skills Comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Comfortable learning new computer software Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is considered an asset, or an equivalent combination of education and experience French would be considered an asset
