Glass Lewis is hiring a Junior Analyst to join our Executive Compensation Research team. In this role, you will analyze and issue voting recommendations on compensation-related proposals across the United States and Canada. This includes evaluating broad-based equity compensation plans, as well as compensation structures for senior executives and boards of directors.

You will apply both quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess pay practices, requiring comfort with numerical data as well as strong written communication skills to clearly synthesize complex information. In addition to core research responsibilities, you will contribute to special projects such as proxy season reports, blog content, and client-directed research, while supporting updates to internal guidelines and training materials. 

The role also involves participation in external engagement, including interactions with public company boards and executives, offering exposure to key stakeholders in corporate governance.

This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring regular office attendance (3x per week) at our downtown Toronto office.

The annual salary range for this permanent, full-time role is between $55,000–$64,000 CAD. The salary is complemented with a comprehensive benefits program, including employer-paid health and dental coverage from Day 1 and a pension plan that starts three months after the hire date.
