##What will your typical day look like?

  • Partner with the Innovation Studio Lead to support the end-to-end flow from intake and triage through lab execution, validation, recommendation, and decision
  • Help shape incoming opportunities into clear problem statements, hypotheses, lab objectives, scope boundaries, and decision criteria, while supporting intake coordination and triage
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate multiple Innovation Labs and related working sessions across Tax & Legal service lines
  • Keep labs moving by managing sequencing, follow-ups, risks, issues, dependencies, accountability, and visibility into status, owners, decision points, and next actions across active Studio work
  • Produce decision-grade outputs, including lab briefs, validation summaries, decision memos, readouts, and build-ready handoff materials with clear context on the problem, constraints, dependencies, recommended path, rationale, and next steps
  • Contribute to technical strategy and solution shaping by surfacing constraints early, such as integration complexity, data readiness, and architectural dependencies, framing trade-offs, and translating between business and technical teams. If you want to get your hands dirty, there is room to contribute directly to prototyping, technical exploration, and shaping solutions in practice
  • Support Studio operations by driving follow-through across actions, escalations, handoffs, and closures, while supporting leadership briefings and operating updates
  • Help coordinate a distributed network across service lines that surfaces opportunities, supports intake, and participates in labs, and help shape and coordinate the Studio’s future builder network

##About the team

The Innovation Studio Technical Program Manager partners closely with the Innovation Studio Lead to help run the Studio effectively at scale. This role supports the flow from intake through lab execution, validation, and decision, helping turn business and delivery challenges across Tax & Legal into structured outcomes, clear recommendations, and build-ready next steps.

This is a hands-on technical program management role for someone who is highly organized, facilitative, and able to engage with real technical depth across business and engineering teams. The Innovation Studio sits at the forefront of innovation, and we expect the same from this role, including strong day-to-day use of AI to improve synthesis, decision support, output quality, and operating efficiency.

##Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with:

  • Experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, Delivery Leadership, or similar cross-functional roles
  • Strong facilitation skills, including the ability to lead structured working sessions that drive alignment, decisions, and follow-through
  • Strong AI fluency and a clear track record of using AI to improve synthesis, decision support, output quality, and day-to-day execution
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through across multiple parallel workstreams
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping create structure where none exists
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across business, product, and technical teams
  • Strong technical fluency and the ability to contribute meaningfully to technical strategy and solution-shaping discussions around how to solve problems, feasibility, trade-offs, constraints, dependencies, and sequencing

Nice to have:

  • Experience running innovation labs, product discovery, service design, or consulting-style delivery
  • Experience working in environments that blend strategy, delivery, and technical solution shaping
  • Experience supporting rapid experimentation, prototyping, or validation cycles
  • Hands-on technical background that would allow you to contribute directly to prototyping or technical exploration when useful
  • Bilingualism in English and French
