About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in a major SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative. This position will partner closely with Finance, IT, and cross-functional business leaders to modernize finance systems, optimize business processes, and deliver scalable reporting solutions. As a key member of the transformation team, you'll be heavily involved in the Finance workstream of the SAP S/4HANA implementation, supporting system design, reporting requirements, chart of accounts, data structures, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user readiness, and post-go-live enhancements. Beyond the implementation, you'll leverage Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, and AI-driven technologies to automate reporting, improve data governance, and provide actionable insights that drive operational and financial performance. What You'll Be Doing? Lead and support Finance-related SAP S/4HANA implementation, stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Define reporting requirements, chart of accounts, master data structures, and finance process standards. Coordinate UAT, user training, change management, and post-go-live enhancements. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline finance processes and improve operational efficiency. Develop dashboards, KPI reporting, and scalable analytics solutions using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, and related technologies. Design automated reporting for inventory, AR/AP, cost management, and operational performance. Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistency across SAP and enterprise systems. Evaluate existing finance processes, strengthen internal controls, and recommend technology-enabled process improvements. Collaborate with Finance, IT, Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that support strategic decision-making.

Must haves

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related discipline. 3+ years of experience supporting SAP, with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects. Experience participating in one or more ERP implementation or migration projects. Strong understanding of Finance business processes including General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Costing, and Financial Reporting. Hands-on experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, or similar business intelligence and analytics platforms. Experience gathering business requirements, facilitating UAT, and supporting change management. Strong analytical, process mapping, and business process improvement skills.

Nice to have

Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or embedded SAP analytics. Knowledge of AI-enabled reporting and Microsoft Power Platform. Experience working with manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain organizations. Exposure to data governance and master data management initiatives.
