Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for various job functions.
- Identify and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies.
- Monitor and report on recruitment activity and results.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance recruitment skills.
- Build relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.
- Utilize recruitment software to track and manage candidate progress.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
Experience/Qualifications
- Develop and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline for various job functions.
- Identify and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to enhance hiring strategies and performance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Utilize recruitment software efficiently to track and manage candidate progress.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during recruitment processes.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to candidates throughout recruitment.
- Create and post engaging job advertisements on various platforms.
- Participate in professional development to enhance recruitment skills.
