THE ROLE
The Individual Insurance Analyst, based in our Edmonton office and reporting to the Wealth Advisor, will provide essential support for both in-force clients and new insurance business within the Wealth department. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations, accurate processing, and an exceptional client experience across all facets of individual insurance.
We are seeking a detail-driven, analytically minded administrative professional with experience in processing, documentation management, and advisor support. The ideal candidate can effectively manage a high volume of work, prioritize competing tasks, and maintain exceptional accuracy without compromising service standards. They will be highly organized, proactive, and committed to delivering timely, high-quality results while upholding an exceptional level of client service.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Responsible for handling client inquiries and enforce business needs
Processing Insurance applications, drafting proposals, presentations, and claims handling
Preparing client illustrations and quotes
Working alongside insurance carriers, MGA and other industry professionals
Manage workflows from new business to underwriting and in force
Provide excellent customer service to existing and new clients
Manage and maintain all records for our Individual insurance block of business with a high
degree of quality and accuracy.
Build custom reporting to suit the needs of accounts.
Other duties as assigned.
