About the role
Airswift is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join one of our major energy oil & gas clients in Sarnia, ON. This is an initial 1-year contract with possibilities of being extended.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Scheduling quality control and crosscheck programs
- Coordinating and preparing batches of quality control samples
- Evaluating and monitoring test accuracy and Performance Report (PR) using statistical tools
- Compiling key Lab Performance Indicators
- Troubleshooting operational errors related to Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- Assist Quality Assurance Coordinator in managing a stewarding the Laboratory Quality Assurance System
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree graduate
- Strong knowledge of standard industry and regulatory procedures, both in water, wastewater and petroleum industries.
- Experience in various regulatory requirements in order to assist in keeping Company in compliance
- Experience in data quality control review in water, wastewater and petroleum methodologies
Work Schedule
- Regular 40/hrs per week, from 7:30am to 4pm
Compensations: $30 to $37.hr depending on experience, classification and contract structure. Final compensation will be determined based on candidate qualifications and client requirements.
