About the Role: AI Orchestration & Operations Lead
We’re growing — and we’re hiring an AI Orchestration & Operations Lead to join our team! In this role, you’ll help us lead our internal AI transformation by identifying, designing, and deploying AI-augmented workflows across the company in collaboration with functional leaders.
You will partner with teams to embed AI into daily work, drive team-level enthusiasm, and build a measurable foundation for AI-first operations.
Beyond automation, you’ll design and orchestrate AI agents—specialized systems that collaborate with one another and with humans—to manage complex, multi-step processes that drive business impact.
This role is pivotal in shaping how the people at commonsku work day-to-day now and into the future. By reimagining workflows, this role not only drives efficiency but helps our teams spend more time on creative, high-value work that supports our community-first approach in an AI-first way.

️ What You’ll Do
Here’s what you’ll do:

Map high-value use cases for AI across the company; prioritizing highest impact work to drive overall business (revenue) enablement and Delightful Work.

Maintain a prioritized roadmap of internal AI initiatives across departments, with clear alignment with department leads on focus areas for their groups and cross-functional opportunities.

Design, implement, and orchestrate AI-powered workflows and multi-agent systems (using tools such as GPTs, LangChain, CrewAI, Zapier, Make, Airtable, or browser automation).

Develop and manage a framework for AI agent orchestration, ensuring agents collaborate effectively, escalate intelligently to humans, and integrate smoothly with existing tools.

Manage and evolve tracking and reporting of AI automation, optimization, and efficiency gains, in collaboration with department leads.

Support teams in adopting and operationalizing AI tools in their workflows

Create playbooks, training sessions, and enablement assets to scale adoption

Build relationships with internal champions and early adopters and serve as a subject-matter advisor

Manage and support AI tools (e.g., GPT-based platforms, copilots, automation suites), supporting selection of tools where needed

Support the maximization of existing tools to reap the highest return on investment

Stay current on AI tool landscape and test emerging capabilities

Set internal best practices for AI usage, privacy, and data integrity
What You Bring
Some of the qualities that help you thrive in this role:
- 3-5 years of lead-level experience in technical program management, business operations, transformation, RevOps, or systems/process roles in a tech environment
- Experience in creating minimum viable product (MVP) type automations and AI-powered systems without deep engineering (Zapier, APIs, GPTs, Google Scripts, Airtable, Notion, etc.)
- Experience with AI agent orchestration (multi-agent workflows, LLM-powered task delegation, or similar frameworks).
- Strong communication, influence, and enablement skills to drive excitement and adoption across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience with change management, workflow re-design, and leading multi-team programs with measurable business impact (e.g. efficiency, throughput, adoption)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize based on business value, not visibility or novelty
Bonus Points For:

Familiarity with agentic AI platforms (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom orchestration layers).

Experience designing multi-agent AI systems or orchestrating copilots to work in tandem across business functions.
Compensation & Perks
We believe in fair, transparent compensation. Starting salary for this role is $130,000–$170,000, depending on previous experience and skillset, plus a 10% annual bonus opportunity based on company performance.
New hires are expected to come in at the midpoint of this range. Location
This role is open to candidates eligible to work in Canada, with the exception of Quebec (we’re not set up to operate there yet — désolé!).
