Passionate about providing compassionate care? Join our team as a Support Worker and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young adults aged 2-17.
This role involves Summer help on the following days in Bezanson hours, tentatively 8:30 am to 3 or 4 pm
June: 29
July: 3, 13, 14, 16, 17, 21, 22, 24, 27, 29, 30, 31
August: 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28
Responsibilities:
Provide respite care and support with daily activities Administer medications as instructed Prepare meals meeting dietary needs Assist with mobility, transfers, and G-tubes Offer companionship and plan engaging activities Perform light housekeeping
Qualifications:
Experience in caregiving Knowledge of medication procedures Physical ability to lift and assist Strong communication and caring attitude Confidentiality commitment
Requirements:
Valid First Aid Recent Police Vulnerable Sector Check CFS Intervention Check Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
