SAP Analyst
About the role
The SAP Analyst will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving existing SAP solutions by optimizing processes and contributing to the evolution of the environment.
MORE PRECISELY
- Primarily support the MM, WM, and PS modules, respond to internal requests, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Provide user support, analyze incidents, and ensure their resolution.
- Assist internal clients in defining their needs by adopting a holistic approach, going beyond just SAP transactions.
- Collaborate with programmers on application development and enhancements.
- Conduct testing, document solutions, and communicate changes to users.
PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience with MM, WM, and PS modules.
- Strong experience in administering critical applications.
- Experience in SAP implementation projects and/or support environments.
- Ability to take a step back, understand business processes, and propose comprehensive solutions.
- Strong customer focus and excellent ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- College diploma (DEC) in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree (BAC) in Computer Science or equivalent (an asset).
- Bilingualism (French and English) required.
