The Role
Were looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead customer-facing and professional services initiatives. Youll be the connector between hardware, logistics, sales, and product teams— keeping projects on track, customers happy, and stakeholders aligned. Youll own project plans, milestones, and health dashboards that make progress visible and drive accountability across the business.
This is a full-time, remote role open to candidates in Montreal, Quebec.
What youll do
- Lead cross-functional projects with direct customer impact.
- Build project plans, track milestones, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Develop clear dashboards and status reports for leadership visibility.
- Proactively identify risks and roadblocks, driving solutions.
- Partner with sales and product teams to translate customer needs into execution.
- Ensure every project delivers on time, on budget, and to customer expectations.
What were looking for
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech, hardware, SaaS, or professional services.
- Strong background in cross-functional, customer-facing projects.
- Skilled in project planning, risk management, and dashboard/reporting tools.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
Bonus points if you have
- Experience in digital signage, displays, or SaaS platforms.
- Background in customer onboarding or professional services delivery.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Change management or process improvement expertise.
