POSITION
Mission
The Marketing & Event Coordinator plays an integral role in the planning and execution of marketing programs with the LCBO and On-Trade partners, as well as in the organization of brand events. This role provides the opportunity to develop a broad skill set across marketing, event execution, and logistics while collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams.
The position will work closely with the Regional Marketing Team across the entire Moët Hennessy (MH) portfolio.
This position is based in the Charton Hobbs Mississauga, Ontario office and reports to the Senior Market Manager for Moët Hennessy in Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Please note that this position requires occasional evening and weekend work , particularly during events and brand activations.
- Some domestic travel may also be required.
Marketing & Event Planning and Execution
- Support the Regional Marketing Team in bringing the brands to life across all channels (retail, on-premise, owned events, and partnerships).
- Support the Regional Marketing Team in delivering high-execution-standard activities with On-Trade partners.
- Coordinate and execute events in line with brand strategies from set-up to tear-down, including logistics such as deliveries and pickups (bottles, POSM items, etc.), agency coordination, and staff briefings.
Asset Management and Production
- Work with local graphic designers on artwork development and coordinate in-house printing and distribution of promotional, sales, and event materials in collaboration with the Sales Coordinator, as assigned by marketing managers.
- Ensure the sales team has updated brand assets and tools for all Moët Hennessy brands at all times.
- Maintain knowledge of brand guidelines, including logo usage, image rights, and asset standards, and provide guidance during brand activations.
- Support procurement processes, including deposits and securing raw materials, goods, and services required for events and activations.
POSM (Point of Sale Material) Management
- Work closely with the Charton Hobbs warehouse team and coordinate Moët Hennessy POSM processes.
- Maintain and update POSM catalogues.
- Coordinate POSM pickup and delivery for brand activations in collaboration with the warehouse team.
- Liaise with the warehouse manager to track the movement and inventory of materials.
- Maintain and organize branded tools and visibility assets used for activations.
Reporting and Administrative Tasks
- Compile best practices and activities for the provincial monthly report in coordination with sales and marketing teams.
- Create case studies of brand projects from concept to post-event reporting.
- Assist with data collection and reporting when required.
- Maintain up-to-date activation and retail programming calendars.
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including scheduling, room bookings, catering, transportation, and meeting notes when required.
- Manage courier requests and assist the team with gifting and delivery logistics.
- Track LCBO tenders and update the regional team monthly on opportunities and listing developments.
- Support the Senior Market Manager with Moët Hennessy Wines portfolio retail recommendations and programming.
- Perform other related duties as required to support the marketing and sales teams.
Job Requirements
Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, brand activation, hospitality, or agency environments, along with strong organizational skills and an interest in premium wine and spirits brands.

- Established contacts with production agencies are considered an asset
