We’re Hiring: Dental Administrator (Concierge) – Prime Time Dental – Hamilton, ON

We’re looking for a Dental Administrator (Concierge) who thrives on creating outstanding patient experiences and keeping clinic operations running smoothly. This is more than a front desk role—you’ll be the face of the clinic and an essential part of how patients feel cared for and supported throughout their visit.

What You’ll Be Doing
Your day will be dynamic, but your impact will be consistent:
- Be the first point of contact for patients in person, over the phone, and via email
- Create a welcoming and professional experience for every patient interaction
- Coordinate and optimize the daily schedule, including managing last-minute changes
- Support patient communication, referrals, and coordination with external offices
- Explain treatment plans, insurance coverage, and payment options clearly and confidently
- Process patient and insurance billing while maintaining accurate records
- Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable as needed
- Maintain and update patient records within the clinic management system
- Support the clinical team to ensure efficient and seamless daily operations
Who You Are
You’re someone who is organized, adaptable, and passionate about creating a great patient experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, reception, or customer service
- Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is considered a strong asset
- Experience with dental software such as ClearDent, Dentrix, or AbelDent is an asset
- IPAC certification is considered a bonus, but not required
