We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our accounting team at our head office in Halifax, NS.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Processing rental and other payments;
- Set up and maintenance of pre-authorized payments;
- Tenant reconciliations;
- Preparation of working papers;
- Reconciliation of accounts;
- Other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of similar experience would be considered an asset;
- Attention to detail;
- Knowledge of accounting systems and procedures;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word;
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete multiple projects in a timely manner;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work with all employees within and across departments.
