Account Manager – Private Operators

Offstreet is transforming guest parking with a simple, scalable solution our users love, and our Account Managers play a key role in delivering that experience to our private operator clients.

We’re building a proactive, high-impact Customer Success function that drives real value. Account Managers at Offstreet are trusted partners to our clients, responsible for building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping operators succeed long-term.

  • Care deeply about helping clients succeed, not just retaining accounts. You take pride in creating outcomes that matter.

  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects at one time

  • Have experience onboarding clients virtually in a SaaS environment and can guide them through setup and early adoption with confidence and clarity.

  • Have used tools like HubSpot to stay organized, track account health, and keep communication smooth and proactive.

  • Are just as comfortable chatting with someone on-site as you are talking strategy with leadership, you meet people where they’re at and build trust across the board.

  • Enjoy collaborating across departments, you work closely with Product, Sales, and Support to share insights and solve real problems together.

  • Know how to balance quick wins with long-term success, you’re strategic, but not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get tactical.

  • Are open to a bit of travel (3–5 times per year) to meet clients, attend events, and build stronger relationships face-to-face.

  • Have experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles, ideally in a startup or SaaS setting where things move fast and responsibilities stretch.

  • Are data-informed and outcomes-driven, you understand client goals, track what matters, and spot opportunities to grow accounts with purpose.

What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager, you’ll own a portfolio of Offstreet’s Private Operator clients and lead them through every stage of the customer lifecycle.

  • Drive retention and growth by uncovering expansion opportunities, and ensuring Offstreet continues to solve real problems for your clients.

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with Operator clients by understanding their business, anticipating their needs, and helping them get the most out of Offstreet over time.

  • Support onboarding efforts, working closely with new clients to ensure a smooth launch and set them up for long-term success.

  • Keep a pulse on client engagement, surfacing risks early and building strategies to reduce churn and increase satisfaction.

  • Share insights and feedback with internal teams, whether it's a feature idea for Product, a story to highlight with Marketing, or an upsell opportunity for Sales.

  • Travel a few times a year to meet key clients face-to-face, attend industry events, or support operator-focused conferences.

  • Collaborate with Customer Support and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless experience.

  • Be the voice of the customer, advocating for what matters, spotting patterns, and helping us make Offstreet better, simpler, and more impactful with every interaction.

This is a strategic, hands-on role with a lot of variety and room to grow as we expand into new markets.
