As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair services to our clients while creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Your expertise in hair styling and customer service will help enhance our clients' experiences and promote their satisfaction.

Duties

• Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by regularly sanitizing tools and equipment.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on hair care and styling.
• Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
• Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking clients in, and processing payments.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the salon.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in upselling services and retail products is a plus.
• Proficiency in various hair styling techniques and knowledge of current trends.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
