Job Overview:

• Are you a skilled Cost Management professional who thrives in a fast‑paced project environment? We are seeking a Purchase Requisition Analyst to provide high‑level financial administration and transactional accounting support to project cost management activities.
• In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert for purchase order and change order requisitions, analysis, monitoring, and invoice management across all phases of a project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced cost control support to assigned project management teams.
• Collaborate closely with Project Controls Advisors, Execution Leads, and Engineering teams to initiate purchase orders and change orders, ensuring requisition instructions are complete, accurate, and compliant.
• Collect and validate information from multiple data sources to support accurate requisition creation.
• Act as the single point of contact for the accurate and timely creation of purchase requisitions within Oracle Financials.
• Monitor and report on the status of purchase orders and change orders, providing actionable insights to project stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis using tools such as Oracle Financials reports, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Excel to support decision‑making.
• Partner with Project Controls Advisors, Execution, and Engineering Leads on purchase order revisions, change orders, and contract amendments, particularly when funding gaps are identified.
• Work closely with Project Controls, Supply Chain Management, and Accounts Payable to ensure timely receipt of goods and services and accurate invoice validation.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness in invoice and cost management processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience managing Purchase Orders in support of Engineering and Construction capital projects.
• Strong understanding of project cost control best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision in a matrix organizational structure.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

• Primarily office‑based work environment.
• Occasional travel (0–10%) may be required.
